Private Residence at Esperanza 3BR Jacuzzi Villa 2601

Villa 2601 offers a comfortable home base within Esperanza Private Residences, with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and space for up to eight guests. Families and groups have the privacy of their own residence along with access to a selection of Auberge Private Residences amenities at Esperanza Resort.

Each of the three bedrooms is spacious and filled with natural light from wide sliding glass doors. Two bedrooms feature King beds, while the third has two Double beds, all dressed with quality linens and comfortable pillows. Every bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, giving guests plenty of personal space when everyone is getting ready for the day or winding down at night.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The breakfast bar is an easy spot for coffee or a quick bite in the morning, while the dining table seats eight when the whole group comes together.

From the dining area, the open layout continues into the living room, where a generous L-shaped sofa creates a natural gathering place. Settle in for a movie on the large TV after a day out in Cabo, or simply enjoy having everyone together without the formality of a traditional hotel stay.

Guests of Villa 2601 have access to the Private Residences pools and Estrella restaurant, as well as the clubhouse with pool and foosball tables and the fitness facility. It gives you plenty to enjoy within the community while still having a private residence to return to at the end of the day.
